Spent a week here for NYE and we loved it! The staff, especially Steve and Nikko, were super friendly and made us feel special with little treats like wine and chocolates. Location is perfect for exploring NYC. The restaurant had some seriously good food too. Just wish the sofa bed was a bit bigger!

great location with the empire state building visible from the room. the shower was really nice, and they provided quality toiletries. staff were friendly and we felt relaxed. the room had air conditioning, a flat-screen tv, a coffee machine, and a safety deposit box. nice fitness center too.
